The data controllers are all entities belonging to the FundingBox capital group as the Joint Controllers. All FundingBox entities have agreed on common data processing purposes. Each of the aforementioned joint controllers, using the technical means made available on the website, decides on the purposes and means of data processing, but to a different extent, therefore the owner of the FundingBox capital group fanpage is liable only to the extent of the data they process.
PURPOSES, LEGAL BASIS AND PROCESSING PERIOD
The purpose and legitimate interest of processing
1) To run fanpages on social networking sites e.g. Facebook, Instagram, X (ex Twitter), LinkedIn or YouTube, on the terms and conditions set out by the controllers of these websites and in accordance with the regulations applicable on these websites, and using them to inform about our activity and activity, promoting various events we organize, dissemination of projects we organise, promotion, building and maintaining a community related to us and for the purpose of communication through the available functionalities of these websites, such as responses to reactions, comments and private messages.
2) For statistical and advertising purposes carried out through the tools provided by the applications of individual social networking sites. These
activities are carried out on the basis of our legitimate interest, in order to ensure continuity of communication, and to consider inquiries and
complaints about the Controller’s products and services, as well as to carry out our own marketing and care for the image
3) To consider potential complaints.
4) To realize the projects’ goals described in the Grant Agreement (e.g. communication, reporting, collaborating with other project partners).
Legal basis for processing – legitimate interest of FundingBox (based on Art. 6.1.f) of GDPR) which is promoting activities and communication.
Period – For a period that is necessary to protect our interests as a data controller.
5) In the event that the processing of your personal data was to take place for a purpose other than those indicated above, each time it will take place after obtaining your consent to the processing of personal data, to the extent and for the purpose indicated in this consent
Legal basis for processing – consent (based on Art. 6.1.a) of GDPR).
Period – until consent withdrawal.
DATA RECEIVERS
The Joint Controllers will transfer personal data only to trusted recipients such as IT service providers, accountants, law firms, evaluators, postal and courier companies (who process personal data on the controllers’ behalf).
Your data can be transferred to the owners and managers of the social networking sites we use. Find below the list of social media we use with the hyperlinks to their privacy policies to learn, how they hadle the data processing:
Due to the fact that we use the services of Google LLC and HubSpot, Inc., your data may be transferred to the USA. We have concluded an agreement with this entity – the so-called Standard Contractual Clauses. This means that in accordance with the decision of the European Commission No. 2021/914 EU of June 4, 2021, your personal data may be processed by this company in the USA. To realize the project, data can be transferred to project partners (complete list of the project partners is available at the email address: privacy@fundingbox.com), the European Commission, its agencies, auditors and other European Union’s bodies and authorities, in particular OLAF, ECA, EPPO.
RIGHTS OF DATA SUBJECT (YOURS)
Due to the fact that we process your personal data, you have the right to:
1) request access to your personal data,
2) demand the rectification of your personal data,
3) request to remove or limit the processing of your personal data,
4) data portability,
5) complain with the supervisory authority (https://edpb.europa.eu/about-edpb/about-edpb/members_en).
You also have a right to object to processing of your personal data for all purposes indicated above (according to Article 21 of GDPR).
INFORMATION ABOUT VOLUNTARY OR OBLIGATORY DATA PROVISION
Providing data is voluntary, although it is necessary to use the fanpages or communicate via the available functionalities of these websites, such as comments and private messages.
