For future experts as part of implementation of the project funded by the European Union

    Your data will be processed to facilitate establishing cooperation with you for the purposes related to project implementation (for example evaluation processes, mentoring, ambassadorship, and ethical review within specific projects).

    CONTROLLER`S IDENTITY AND CONTACT DETAILS

    The data controllers are all entities belonging to the FundingBox capital group as the Joint Controllers. All FundingBox entities have agreed on common data processing purposes.     PURPOSES, LEGAL BASIS AND PROCESSING PERIOD

    The purpose and legitimate interest of processing

    1) To facilitate establishing cooperation in future activities within FundingBox projects, including evaluation processes, mentoring, ambassadorship, and ethical review.
    2) To realize the project goals described in the Grant Agreement (e.g. communication, reporting, collaborating with other project partners).
    3) To consider potential complaints and defend against them.

    Legal basis for processing – Legitimate interest of FundingBox (based on Art. 6.1.f) of GDPR) which is implementation of our projects.
    Period – Until an effective objection is raised or until limitation period for potential claims.

    DATA RECEIVERS

    The Joint Controllers will transfer personal data only to trusted recipients such as IT service providers, accountants, law firms, evaluators, postal and courier companies (who process personal data on the controllers’ behalf).

    Due to the fact that we use the services of Google LLC and HubSpot, Inc., your data may be transferred to the USA. We have concluded an agreement with this entity – the so-called Standard Contractual Clauses. This means that in accordance with the decision of the European Commission No. 2021/914 EU of June 4, 2021, your personal data may be processed by this company in the USA.     RIGHTS OF DATA SUBJECT (YOURS)

    Due to the fact that we process your personal data, you have the right to:
    1) request access to your personal data,
    2) demand the rectification of your personal data,
    3) request to remove or limit the processing of your personal data,
    4) complain with the supervisory authority (https://edpb.europa.eu/about-edpb/about-edpb/members_en).

    You also have a right to object to processing of your personal data for all purposes indicated above (according to Article 21 of GDPR).

    SOURCE OF THE DATA

    We usually obtain personal data directly from individuals. In case data weren’t provided by you, we obtained your personal data from external sources, such as publicly available platforms, in particular social media / public databases (e.g. LinkedIn), or from project partners. The categories of data we obtained include, in particular:

    • contact details,
    • full name
    • professional experience, fields of expertise.

    INFORMATION ABOUT VOLUNTARY OR OBLIGATORY DATA PROVISION

    If we receive data from you, we’d like to inform you that providing data is voluntary, although it is necessary to establish potential cooperation with you.
