Frequently Asked Questions

What does being a Supportive Partner actually mean?

It means we’ll keep you in the loop about opportunities that might be relevant to your work and network of companies. If something makes sense for your ecosystem, you can act on it or forward it to your network.

How often will you contact me?

We send one monthly digest. Occasionally, we might reach out directly if there’s something highly relevant for your organisation or region.

Can I opt out anytime?

Yes. You can unsubscribe from emails or ask to be removed from the list completely.

Do I need to attend events or organise anything?

No. We offer those options if you’re interested, but there’s no pressure. Some partners prefer to stay informed, while others co-host events or share calls.

Is this connected to specific FundingBox projects?

Yes. The programme links to multiple EU-funded projects we’re involved in. That means we can offer a wide range of opportunities, and sometimes match specific partners with relevant project activities.

What kind of organisations do you usually work with?

Mostly DIHs, EDIHs, tech centres, regional agencies, business support organisations, and SME-focused networks. But we’re open to others if there’s a clear connection to SME innovation support.

Does it cost me anything?

No. The programme is completely free of charge. All we need from you is your willingness to collaborate and engage with the current top leading initiatives and projects at the EU level.

What our Supportive Partners say about us

Cristina Baghiu

Digital Innovation Zone EDIH Romania – Hub Coordinator

“I believe that, for the last years, Fundingbox has catered the most active ecosystem tailored for DIHs needs. We took great benefit from being part of I4MS, DIH2 and BOWI, from finding prospective partners at EU level, to getting extensive insights on best practices and more advanced DIHs and to better train our staff and partners. At a personal level, FundingBox has always offered me a platform to share thoughts, experiences and look for learning opportunities, irrespective of the project topic.”

Assc. Prof. Kosta Jovanović

Head of ETF Robotics Lab at the University of Belgrade

“Partnership with FundingBox in DIH2 and BOWI projects provided new opportunities for innovative SMEs, joint innovation actions with European partners, and increased visibility of research and innovation capacities of ETF and related ecosystems in robotics and AI in Serbia.”
